What is the shipping cost?
All international orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours via Shipping company priority insured. A total landed cost of shipping, duties, & taxes is calculated and collected at checkout.
If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Be Felice. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

What is the estimated delivery time frame?
All international orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours via Shipping company priority insured. Depends on your location and chosen delivery method.
For example as the following;
For express shipping, it will take an estimate of 3 - 7 business days to be delivered.
For economy shipping, it will take an estimate of 7 - 30 business days to be delivered

Track your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website. Please note that you will not be able to track the delivery status until the day when you received your tracking number.
